It is with great anticipation that we would like to announce the pending wine dinner for Knots Wines, in which several new vintages will be showcased.

Wine paired with food will include:

Knots Rose 2007
Knots Chardonnay 2007
Knots Cabernet Merlot Franc 2004
Knots Sheepshank Shiraz 2005
The Bridge 2004
Top Knot Sangiovese 2006 - like the Top Knot Cabernet Sauvignon this is a one off and only 1 barrel was made
