Sarah will be showcasing some new vintage Cabernet Sauvignons from Patrick Wines in the Coonawarra and Hastwell & Lightfoot in McLaren Vale.

For those of you who cant go past Shiraz, you wont be disappointed with the Knots Sheepshank Shiraz (Bendigo) and Bridge Shiraz 2005 (Heathcote). Come along for the first autumnal tasting and stock your winter wine racks!

Sarah from Selador Wines will be showcasing for the first time the new Domaine Georges Michel Methode Traditionelle NV sparkling. Priced keenly this is sure to do well in Melbourne and has already gone on allocation!

In addition there will be the highly awarded Lamont Riesling 2007 and Lamont Pinot Noir 2006 from Central Otago. Come along and kick-start your weekend with some great wines.

A portfolio tasting has been arranged for Amietta Vineyard & Winery from Moorabool Valley near Geelong, with Nicholas Clark (winemaker) in attendance. This event has been arranged for members of The Wine Society and is an rsvp event.

After many requests to host private wine education events, Sarah is now providing a wine appreciation course.

In celebration of 4 years running a'Mews and to mark the closure of this fine restaurant, the owners, Richard & Dani are having a final wine dinner. Sarah has assisted with the wine menu and full details are here.

On tasting we are highlighting the wines in our portfolio by winemaker Lindsay Ross. His Knots range from Bendigo and the new vintage release of The Bridge Shiraz from Heathcote, will be shown.

Selador Wines is delighted to assist David Hynes from Provenance Food & Wine with his pending degustation. The theme is Goat and we will be matching three wines to his five course degustation.

The winemaker from Patrick T wines (Pat Tocaciu) will be in attendance to showcase his wines from Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. On tasting will be his Museum Cabernet Sauvignon 2000 and Botrytis Semillon 2006 to name a few wines. Come and join in on what will be a lively tasting!
