Well after two cancellations because of the weather we finally picked last night.

Very disappointing a lot less than we expected we ended up only filling one bin which will probably amount to 2 ton! At least we picked a few grapes, unlike 2009.

The vintage itself this year has not been easy, we had quite alot of rain in February and March which caused Downey Mildew and Botrytis in a lot of Mclaren Vale vineyards, luckily we only had a small patch of Downey Mildew.

Lets hope for a bumper harvest in 2012! We will be certainly doing everything possible to achieve that.
