TASTING NOTES
The fresh perfumed smell of dried apricot and apricot-peach-cumquat flavour linger and will intensify with further cellaring. The acidity increases, both
balancing and intensifying the flavour. The mouth filling sweetness of this wine will flood the senses as you first taste the wine. Then on the aftertaste, the tingling acidity will take over to give the wine balance and, amazingly, leave the mouth fresh and clean, without lingering sweetness.
Coment: The modern twist top seal will preserve the distinctive dried fig and apricot flavours for many years.
