Open Monday to Saturday 11 - 8pm and Sunday 12 - 6pm.
Located right behind the brewery, this store has parking out front and a café next door. Caroline Payne is one of the owners and manager and opened the doors just a few weeks ago. I am led to believe that the Friday night tastings have been a hit from day one, and we have provided some tasting stock so the locals can see what is on offer. Caroline has selected a great range of wines from our portfolio including wine from Soumah, Warner Glen Estate / Frog Belly, Hastwell & Lightfoot and Amietta Vineyard. Definitely worth a visit if you are a local or passing through the area.
Wine Bank on View
45 View Street, Bendigo (Vic)
Open Monday to Thursday 730am - 11pm; Friday 730am - 1am; Saturday 830am - 1pm; Sunday 830 - 6pm
This venue has become somewhat of an institution and certainly a tourist destination for Bendigo and regional Victoria. Steeped in history, Wine Bank on View offers a place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee, a glass of wine and accommodation. They regularly host wine tastings (Wednesday nights) and winemaker dinners. We recently hosted a mixed tasting of SOUMAH wine from the Yarra Valley, Warner Glen Estate from Margaret River and Lamont from Central Otago. This is definitely a venue to know about and one to visit.
That’s all for now so happy sipping, drinking and dining! Cheers Sarah
