Despite the challenges faced in serving several wines with each course, and the mere glasses required, the event ran smoothly and a great night was had by all. I would like to pass on a big thank you to Adam and the team at the Sandringham Club for such great support; Michael the chef who produced an outstanding menu; and Nicola from the Finest Drop Group who co-ordinated the event.
