Savvy Cellars Masterclass

Sarah from Selador Wines has selected some classic varieties from classic regions for you to see what you like best! The night will start with two sparkling wines (New Zealand versus Australia) and follow on to a comparison of Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough versus Margaret River) followed by Chardonnay (Yarra Valley versus Margaret River).

                           

From there we will head to the reds and you will get to compare Shiraz from two classic regions (McLaren Vale versus Heathcote). This will be followed by all things Cabernet Sauvignon (is Coonawarra King or does Margaret River shine true)? The finale will showcase a fortified Liqueur Shiraz (once referred to as a port).

Special prices will be offered on the night should you wish to purchase anything from the tasting. The night will be fun, relaxed and informative so we hope to see you there.
