Selador Wines is a wine distribution company based in Melbourne, covering sales in Victoria & New South Wales. We represent several small boutique wineries scattered around Australia and beyond. Each winemaker has a unique story, and each winery covers a different region. We have the pleasure of introducing you to wine that you will only find at independent retailers and select restaurants, wine bars and cafes. This is a must for those of you who have sampled the award winning SOUMAH Savarro 2010 / 2011 or the recently released Pinot Grigio 2011. On tasting will be the whole portfolio to date including their stunning Chardonnay 2010 and new release Shiraz 2010. Steve Worley will be in attendance from SOUMAH and Sarah will be on hand to greet and pour wine. In addition you will have the opportunity to see what else is on offer from the Yarra Valley. This event always pulls the crowds as there is something for everyone, adults and children alike. Stalls, entertainment and kids activities will be on offer. Dave, the manager of Pepper Cafe will host you for a delightful night of grazing with sparkling upon arrival and your choice of a white or rose wine to follow and red to finish. Wine will be supplied by Selador Wines and will include the Georges Michel Methode Traditionelle NV plus the Fat n' Skinny White Blend, Rosé and Red Blend from McLaren Vale. Gather some friends and ensure you RSVP soon as this night is limited in numbers and will sell out. This is a great little night to the end of 'hump day'! |

Lamont Wines is a family owned, boutique Central Otago winery specialising in Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Riesling, producing their first vintage in 2003. The vineyard is situated on 30 acres in the sub-region of Bendigo, on the site of a historic gold mining town. The vineyards consist of two blocks, less than 1 mile apart. Situated on the 45th parallel South, less than 400,000 people live in this strip around the globe. This reflects an absence of pollution and disease pressure, allowing the grapes to flourish. The journey begins from the moment you step inside this contemporary and very chic CBD restaurant. The staff present as bright, friendly and super attentive and the vast space with soaring ceilings and glass create an atmosphere where time becomes irrelevant. This is a venue not to be rushed and by that I mean don’t book a ‘quick’ meal as you will miss out on the whole experience. |
